The future will tell...

Hey, what the heck...
I added the website of Laura Dekker to my list of lonesome sailing girls.
The future will tell whether Laura is on the right track or not.
Wannabe lonesome sailing girls can only learn from the experiences of the ones preceding them.
I hope she gets some good positive vibe's,

Jamie

PS: Sea Sheperd... something for adults only, nothing for under-aged girls to frolic with!

Lonesome sailing girl gone astray...

There is another lonesome sailing girl out there. But I have the impression that there is something fishy about her story... I am not sure what is going on but for a solo-around-the-world trip you need as much positive vibe's as possible
She also is teaming up with Sea Sheperd!? Although the cause of Sea Sheperd may be a noble one, they are however flirting with illegality. I just hope this won't scare off too many potential supporters. Did she find the best advisers to help her realise her dream? The future will tell us...
Before I include her in my gang of lonesome sailing girls, I'll wait for some more positive vibe's to roll this way,

Jamie

Lone-some globe-trotter

Hi there,

I discovered a great lone-some globe-trotter: Lucky Luke.
Below is his song as he rides in to the night.
In stead of a horse, Abby has a ship and in stead of riding to the West she travelling East,
anyways... you get the idea,
I think Lucky Luke is a great guy!

Jamie

I'm a poor lonesome cowboy
I'm a long long way from home
And this poor lonesome cowboy
Has got a long long way to roam
Over mountains over prairies
From dawn till day is done
My horse and me keep riding
Into the setting sun

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you're a long long way from home

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you've a long long way to roam

There are guys who just figure
Have a problem with a gun
And a finger on a trigger
Can be dangerous, hurt someone
But problems solve much better
By keeping calm and true
My horse and me keep riding
I ain't nobody's fool

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you're a long long way from home

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you've a long long way to roam

I'm a poor lonesome cowboy
But it doesn't bother me
'Cause this poor lonesome cowboy
Prefers a horse for company
Got nothing against women
But I wave them all goodbye
My horse and me keep riding
We don't like being tied

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you're a long long way from home

Lonesome cowboy, lonesome cowboy,
you've a long long way to roam

To roam

Shipwrecked Abby

My Haiku's were so powerful that Abby got dismasted on 09/10 June 2010...

Anyways, she is back home now and is playing with the new baby brother.
The little bugger sort of looks angry on the picture posted by Abby on her blog.

My guess is that she will give the circumnavigation another try in the not so distant future.
In preparation of the new attempt, I'll keep writing some more Haiku's for Abby to keep the positive vibe's going,

love,
Jamie

Hi there,
I love Haiku.
My mission is to write Haiku's for Abby Sunderland.
This though girl is sailing around the world all by herself!
You can find my Haiku's on Abby's blog.
Let me know if you find my Haiku's inspirational,
love,
Jamie
